At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their E & S hair on the square experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

What You Need to Know
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 48 hours to go, we will have to charge an 50% administration fee. Please understand after the 48 hours its very difficult for us to fill your allocated time. This fee will either be taken over the phone or added to your next appointment.
Inform Us in Advance
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to cancel your appointment .If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked. However, you will still be charge for your full appointment.
