*All new colour clients require a full consultation with your desired stylist and a patch test 48 hours before any colouring service.

  • A patch test is required before any colouring service is offered.

  • All of our new colour clients must have a consultation with their desired stylist before any service is offered.

  • We required 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If this is under 48 hours, you will be charge 50% of your appointment time cost.

  • Please be aware if your late for your appointment, we may not be able to carry out the whole service, however you will still be charged for the full appointment.

  • If you are 10 - 15mins late for your appointment, we reserve right to cancel the appointment. This will then be classed as a late cancellation and the 50% fee will be applied.
